Hoarfrost Music is a boutique music studio which specialises in creating quality music for film, TV and advertising. We pride ourselves on our innovative approach to creating a sound identity for your project, and working closely with you to enhance your story. Communication is absolutely essential to us, and with 15 years experience across the international music and production industries we will pull out all the stops.

Now nestled amongst the rugged and beautiful cliffs of Donegal, we have a beautiful home studio and a a small farmstead, in which  we endeavour to be as ecologically responsible as we possibly can. Having worked together in both London and Bristol, we have experienced city-life, loved it, and moved on to a more creative environment, but still maintain those essential links back to “the big smoke” - should they ever need to be called upon. 

We have worked in sync, for both labels and publishers, and have toured as a band and as solo artists. We’ve had the privilege to compose on documentaries for the likes of Sir David Attenborough and Johan Rocktröm. We have provided music for trailers such as X-Men: Apocalypse, Beast and King Arthur: Legend of the Sword, and collaborated with multiple charitable causes. We have won awards and been streamed millions of times. We are always happy to talk, no-matter the scale of your project.
